IO dating. Is that a new peripheral port on the Gateway PC?

Equates multivitamin now has iodine in it.

If you've looked into this, what are the best practices for supplementing iodine? Form to take, dosage, etc.

I've heard if you supplement boron as well then you have to up your iodine dosage because they compete. Perhaps if you're filtering out fluoride you don't need as much iodine because those two compete?

I haven't had time to thoroughly look into it yet.
