Surround yourself with other nice people who won't back stab and you'll be more satisfied. Selfish, greedy, whatever the bad behavior people will give you no consideration as they continue their unacceptable behavior.

It's always a question of self worth... 'nice guys' are just friendzoned orbiters that can't read the room. The way not to get friendzoned is to just not let it happen... when you see the warning signs, move on.
