Yep. I add drops to my bottles of RO water that I toss in the fridge in the morning.

I still don't know. I take some pill. Is it enough? Is it the right kind? Do I have to take more because I'm taking Boron too?

How would one know if one is getting enough iodine?

I guess I could get some labs?

It only takes less than ¾tsp of iodized salt.

Enjoy those cyanide and Aluminum anti-caking agents goy...

Check the ingredients the next time you buy "mortons" or whatever other kiked refined salt. If you see "anti-caking agent" it's one of these:

  • Yellow Prussiate of Soda = a cyanide salt = poison byproducts when metabolized
  • Sodium Aluminosilicate = Alzheimer's and neuron-degenerative diseases

Cyanide is obviously not good and NO amount of aluminum in any form is safe to consume, ever.

Do not consume refined salt - which also means NO processed foods. They load processed foods up with goyslop salt.

Unrefined salt only.

You can (and should) supplement iodine with drops and/or kelp powder. Just don't overdo it.

Well guess I'm just gonna fucking die then

Or you could, I don't know, just buy unrefined salt?
