I freely admit I was incorrect. I did pose it as a question to indicate my uncertainty. Don't really know what you want from me, and don't particularly care.

In the early 70's there was a kawasaki 500 (death machine) and a 750 two stroke street bike. and of course the yamaha 350 and 400. There was a reason most of them had a place to carry extra sparkplugs.

The only motorcycles I ever researched about were old pre-WWII Indians etc. Some did have two-stroke engines and that's what came to mind.

two strokes are for experienced riders. I had a dirt bike not that long ago that was. I would dearly love to have another yamaha 350 two stroke.
