They just change the feathers and run less but more powerful surveillance drones w/ better camera tech during the cold months of the year b/c generally the sky is clearer during that time and if they used the cheapo humid af day summer drones you'd notice w/o all the moisture in the air distorting your optics that the only reasonable place for a mushroom is a toaster. Everyone knows this.
