Just did a quick search. Apparently it was an audio recording by Jack Wagner. First time I ever saw it was in this video clip, which I first saw on Newgrounds, six gorillion years ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzIMadIKH-o (the video erroneously attributes it to Monty Python, which was the source of my confusion)
