Doing that is against the rules at lowes. You're actually not supposed to use your personal phone while working at all. Just get her name and put a bad comment in the box by the exit. She is a bad employee and needs to lose her position at customer service since that is the attitude of a cashier and not the customer service that are supposed to be the most customer oriented employees below management. I feel for you, Lowes procedures are slow enough without bullshit like that to deal with.
Hmm, I have to go back because I’m missing a stupid turn stick for the cheap ass blinds I bought. If I catch her name I will do that.
