For years, Massachusetts was recognized nationwide as a magnet for capital and talent. Now we are not, so we need our leaders focused on addressing the reasons why wealth and talent are heading for the exits,

No need, I can give you concrete examples:

  1. Commiefornia (everything wrong there is also wrong in Massachusetts).
  2. Liberal policies
  3. taxpayer theft.
  4. Crime
  5. Poor performing schools/universities
  6. Expensive universities.
  7. Horrible health care.
  8. Lock downs during the pandemic
  9. High taxes
  10. Congestion.
  11. Crumbling infrastructure due to spending on illegals and grift.
  12. Extremely high housing costs.

You'll see a pattern here: these are the very same things going on in all liberal cities, not just Massachusetts.

Migrant immigration will make Massachusetts numbers look good when you avoid looking at their costs and low skills. All the bright, high worth individuals are fleeing, leaving low skilled denizens that will drain the state treasury. The illegal migrants are a net drain. As this trend continues, it will exacerbate the high worth individuals fleeing at an ever faster pace. The state budget will become a deficit and the state will go insolvent, if it isn't already.

Speaking of which...
