I doubt they've taken the necessary precautions China is good at taking an existing idea and repeating it a million times, like we see with the mega-highway, but they seldom plan for the edge-cases. A huge amount of China's building infrastructure is falling apartt because of the poor quality of their building materials and lack of planning.
