Yeah, I usually add (Criminal Illegal Alien) to the title. Forgot on this one and it was too late to edit when I noticed. These people are criminals and should be treated as criminals, deported and banned for life.

If they are found in the country again, sent to a forced labor camp in a different country for 10+ years. If found in the country again. Execution.

Good question. It is probably stolen. Just like when they do smash and grabs in closed up stores in the US. All of the cars are always stolen too.
