The gov/jew playbook. Cause a problem by importing Criminal Illegal Aliens. Place them in areas where they will be given money or the property owner will be given higher than market rate for letting criminal illegal aliens "rent". Refuse police/law enforcement around the area when they refuse to follow rules/laws/pay rent/etc (take over the area as a gang).

Force the property owner to close the property and sell it (probably to the city) for penny's on the dollar. Any time you see shit like this. Follow the money. This is ALL intentional.

From the post:

>On Thursday afternoon, CBS Colorado obtained a letter sent to the owners of the property on E 12th Avenue and Dallas Street from the Aurora Police Department, which gives them an ultimatum. Clean up the buildings, or they may face closure. The city of Aurora and residents or the property say property managers have abandoned the complex and are providing no services whatsoever. "These children, their families, these workers are going to have their futures robbed from them in so many ways," said V Reeves with Housekeys Action Network.

I have a hard time believing an investor is willing to just let the thing go to shoot and lose lots of money. That doesn’t sound right….

They typically do a forced sale but with how insane the real estate market is as long as they bought the building(s) ~5 years ago they still make profit on a short-sale, just not as much.

Yeah - Colorado more so than most places. The real estate there has absolutely boomed…still shitty that the investors were put in that position. Vilified and forced to lose an investment…some lessons are purchased, though…don’t invest in places that hate you.
