From the post:

>More than 1,800 migrants without criminal convictions or pending criminal charges against them have been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the first two weeks of February. It represents 41 percent of the total number of illegal immigrants taken into ICE custody during that time, according to data obtained by NBC News. That means the other 59 percent of the 4,422 illegal immigrants brought into ICE detention this month are criminals. In February, the total number of criminal detainees went from around 14,000 to roughly 16,500.
