I'd hate to be the US citizen trying to drive them in in the back of a semi, person would be in prison for years for that one without a chance of a lawyer getting them off for some loophole. This was a great idea, now do it right in the Baja area where they walk around the fence in the ocean. I imagine getting a few hundred a day with a base there or the title of a base.
