Well, he should have thought about it before he was arrested for being a criminal illegal alien. You were given multiple chances and warnings. Then again, if they are willing to self-deport without dealing with the courts I say let them. If they were hoping to get the "you can come back in 8 years" make it "you can MAYBE come back in 20 years" but if you don't take the deal you can NEVER come back. (We never let them back in anyway).
