It's time for states that actually require you to be a Citizen and to speak/write English to start revoking CDL's for illegals that were licensed in other states, arresting them and calling ICE.
It would not take long for illegals to self-deport or at least refuse to drive to a non-sanctuary city/state if they could be arrested on the spot and deported.
