Antiseptic mouthwash destroys the diversity of bacteria in your mouth, which is bad for a healthy person. If you have an overgrowth of fungus or something, maybe it's a workable remedy but certainly not a long term healthy solution.
Whats the antidote to salt buildup in the body?
Water and/or other salts like sodium, potassium.
