There has been coded talk for a long time about 'banking keys", though it is referred to almost like the keys to the priesthood. In the 90's, I came across chatter about Hillary Clinton, specifically (not Bill, not "The Clintons") as having managed to take control of the keys. Many have referred to them as a pre-installed backdoor and I have seen very detailed explanations regarding this, but nothing I could verify. A lot of rumors have been flying around about who has the banking keys, now, but I would posit a guess that it is the same as everyone else's personal information. Many are in possession. The FBI was just granted access to random computers to "fix their malware" in the wake of an exchange server exploit ( as if the FBI cares about whether or not you have malware on your machine). The court granted them the power to backdoor hundreds of computers. Either way, bank access is the cream of the crop of spying. Spying on banks and their intermediaries IS the real power, in the world. Knowing the money trail leads you straight to the top. Having backdoor access to supposedly encrypted systems allows an intelligence agency to review blackmail and financial information and controlling a country without lifting a finger, so to speak. You don't have to control a country's politicians, anymore. You control the banks, the cancel culture, the medical doctrine and **voila** you've circumvented all the power structures and checks and balances we are supposed to have. tldr; "Training Exercises" are often a cover for a real exercise. I would suggest there is a real power grab happening and many factions seemed to have exponentially increased their power and influence over the last year. I am guessing, with everyone's reins loose, we are merely looking at more blatant corruption in the form of economic espionage and sabotage.
