The first map is wrong. There was no Jewish or Arab land. After WWI, the entire thing became Mandatory Palestine under plans from the League of Nations. It flew under a British flag and was under the control of the British and French. Both the Arabs and the Zionists were promised an ethno state in their help in WWI and then the UK did a take-backies on those memos. The UN partition of 47 is correct, but then there was the 6 day war and all that other shit where the Jews took over most of Jordan and the Sinai Peninsula. They were pushed back into what's now Israel. I hate it when people use this map. It's a shallow picture of what happened.
