It's interesting how they make these over the top claims as a knee jerk reaction. They don't need to co-ordinate or have meetings about it because it's the inevitable result of a culture based on a persecution narrative and a religion that tells them they're ordained by God to rule over others. The good thing is that it's going to make people start to wonder if it has happened before.
