290 minted in 999 silver. You can get approx 8 or so troy ounces of 999 or 9999 silver for the price. I didn't see how many were minted, this, surprisingly would effect the resale value. (I srsly doubt this is resellable for profit, not at over 300 bucks delivered.) Without seeing the mintage, there's no real way to tell. (Just being honest, with that.)
There's plenty of really reputable bullion dealers online. I would never use the site you linked. 99 for a zinc alloy w/ silver? No purity listed on that tells me it's pewter. Very low amount of silver, basically, worthless with being refined. Post refining, you might have a gram of silver, maybe.
