Considering how HAM Israel went all of a sudden, this makes sense. My reasons being is they were still talking that week about the next weekend's meetings. Could that have been theater? Sure. However, the biggest problem with that being theater is no one is going to trust that negotiations are legitimate or not now. Everyone now knows if there's a number of days given, prepare for when that window ends.
