After that, they took over the community forums, astroturfed the hell out of them, banned everyone who was an OG and protested. Then they prevented it from scaling and blocked any privacy features. Finally they boosted the hell out of the price, ensuring no private, scaling crypto would take the network effect. That's what happened. They've also subverted or control most of the runner-up coins. Most of them are honeypot projects.
