IDK. You would have to ask the jews who sent it. I can only speculate, as you have. If AOU is right about blue team/red team, maybe someone from red team thinks Trump owes them something. Again, pure speculation. Bottom line, I dont see it going anywhere. It's DOA. Not even concerned. I will become concerned if it ever gains any traction in congress. Trump can only veto it once.
