I think that gives them too much credit. Globohomo is carried on the back of the American military, why would they want to end it? The collapse of America is likely to end their little social experiment, not usher in a global new world order. They destroy because that’s all they know how to do. They see something, call it evil, and promise to dismantle it and distribute the salvage proceeds in exchange for votes.
