Not in the capitalist society. When everything has been taken care of, the capitalist society pushes for human suffering so that people will pay to alleviate the pain. How else would you extract money from other people if they're satisfied with their lives?

Their is a big difference between having a capitalist society and a pathocratic society where this evil is profitable rather than punished!!
The capitalist society doesn't care for morality. It rewards to solve problems, but doesn't care for the source of which the problem started. The law is just a bandage on this gaping wound.
