No, those guys hate women. Our friends at the Kiwifarms have threads and threads of those misogynistic autists and the common theme is that they're friendless autists that, since they can't get a girlfriend, become the girlfriend.
And since no woman or man in their right mind would want to date a troon, they end up "dating" each other and pretend that they're all the most beautiful women in the world.

I sometimes felt bad for the guy, but after seeing him duped again and again and again, and seeing the "darker side" of what he was capable of... I'm convinced he was just mildly autistic and was bullied into a form of insanity.
