My former neighbor, an elementary school teacher, had her cat sneak out of her house on a sub-freezing day a few years back. Wife and I caught it and brought it in to keep it safe until the neighbor returned. The next day, we received a note from ... the cat. Yes, the cat wrote us a note thanking us for keeping her warm. The penmanship was identical to that letter.
Now, I'm not saying a teacher wrote that note, but I am saying an adult definitely did.
