Anybody can do this. Just draw a "TN" on your hand and the next time someone calls you sir, throw a fit. "How dare you call me 'sir'! Can't you see this?" Hold up your hand so they can see it. "I'm a Thrum-Nickel. My pronouns are 'bluggy' and 'porgo'! I'm sick and tired of you Thrumphobics misgendering me."
Bonus points if you get them to call you a bluggy or porgo.
