If you're born with a penis, adams apple, prostate and testicles you're a biological male. If you are born with a vagina, uterus, ovaries and lactating tits you're a biological female. It's simple science really. Humans are just a type of mammal.. a form of animal. Hence the peeing, pooping, body hair, bleeding, etc. God's do none of those things. We're just animals. Have you ever met a trans cat or dog? Maybe a gay group of male rabbits having an orgy? No? Because animals don't get to just pick their sex/gender (the exact same thing) in biological birth.
