Every parent involved, the host/owner, the coordinator of the event, and every performer involved should be charged with criminal charges. Those being reckless endangerment of a minor and corruption of a minor. Each prison sentence should be 18 months, minimum. Then this type of sexual abuse will stop. This will only escalate until folks start putting their foot down. Prosecutors need to take up cases like this and judges need to put a stop to this.
