What happened to basic standards of professionalism? When I was in public school (80s - early 90s) all the teachers and staff wore at least business-casual attire with rare exceptions for special events like field trips. None of them had goofy hair colors, face piercings, or visible tattoos.

I looked it up and yep, I know exactly where that area is. Norwood is south of it and I hung out there for a time and it wasn't bad but it's too close to Lockland and way too many niggers, even in the mid 2000s.
