I looked it up and yep, I know exactly where that area is. Norwood is south of it and I hung out there for a time and it wasn't bad but it's too close to Lockland and way too many niggers, even in the mid 2000s. It wasn't carry a gun bad but there were a couple of no-go streets. I am sure it's worse now.
