You do some small gigs right after college, build your portfolio, and you FINALLY land that job at Disney working on one of their MAJOR feature animated films. Life is good! You're on top of the world, your dreams came true! But then you find out it is a movie about gay stuff. No princesses getting saved, no crazy and hilarious animals, nothing like you grew up with.
