True. It could have been accidental in this case. I've refreshed a post to see new comments and seen one get a downvote, but another refresh showed the downvote gone and instead it having a new upvote. Seems some phone users still have some issues with getting their fingers to hit the arrow they intend to hit, or accidental hitting of a vote arrow while scrolling.
