Wow. Just wow. Do we need politics inserted into everything? Petsmart lost my business years ago. I like one particular brand of kitty litter. Half the time I went it would be out of stock. I started calling ahead. Eventually, they started telling me they weren't going to check for me any longer. I asked if they could put aside a bag with my name on it regularly and that I would come in every two weeks. The manager literally barked a laugh in my face and essentially told me to f off. Fine. I have 5 cats. That's a lot of food and litter and occasional waste of money on the random toys. They don't see a penny and haven't in 5 or 6 years now. Chewy has replaced them. It is nicer to have it dropped at my door monthly anyway.
