Nebraska has no excuse. I live in Missouri where we have both St. Louis and Kansas City within our border. Our laws are more based than the rest of the country despite that fact.

im visiting nebraska for the first time and i gotta tell you, its awesome over here. never worried about people snatching my child, never any language barriers between me and other parents at the park. everyone is chatty and polite in the small town way. the children are all very polite and kind to my child. parents are shaking my hand and saying hello. i feel like a real human over here. i thought "great white north" meant snow, but it actually means that 99% of the population is white, and it shows. nice parks, nice facilities, people laughing and joking without a care with strangers in the stores. its wild
