Gotta weigh in here because I was born and raised in Taxachusetts. we had a T shirt in the 70's that we kids wore that had a helmet, handcuffs and a .45 on it. It read " Welcome to Massachusetts. Surrender your firearm, buckle your seatbelt and wear your helmet. ALL freedom ends here". So...I'm not TOTALLY surprised that Masshole kids are hip to this shit. My Junior High ( not fuckin Middle school bullshit) was a living breathing recreation of the Sister Mary Elephant skit. It was violent, tough and the perfect storm of out of control students and teachers. The place was NUTS. We regularly went at teachers verbally and in a couple of cases kids went at them physically dangling one out of a window.

Not bragging that's just how it was in the early 70's ESPECIALLY after forced busing which brought a HUGE criminal element into the school. But I digress. My point is that by and large kids up there are generally pretty hip to shit. It's only when they hit adulthood they friggin libtard out.
