The state does not have the right to usurp legal authority away from parents. Either they are children/minors or they are adults. Child/minors do not have the legal right to enter contracts or make healthcare decisions for themselves. Period. Anyone pushing otherwise is guilty of criminal abuse against a minor. Period.
