Yea, changing the out side doesn't change the inside (still the same bad mental health/ trauma once the novelty of the new cut and chop wear off) and often creates multiple new major issues (smelling like shit/ rotten flesh, uncontrollable seepage, extreme pain during sex/ urination) bla bla - they should all receive a Govt funded 12ft corded rope on completion of each transition.
