I am willing to bet $5 that all those furry kids are literal autists aka ADHD aka special ed, so the school has to dance around all this shitshow aka "no child left behind goy." The school district is afraid of federal lawsuits from the parents of the sped kids. Edit: It's a federal offense to disclose that a sp-ed kid is sp-ed.
