Well, Most nogs are actually closer to 60-65. So, its still above nog level dumb. Not a lot but its a hell of a lot lower than the average of European White people.

I am not sure you could tell the difference if it was. They are so low IQ and dysfunctional it is insane.

Side note on that: I once dated a chick who had a 92 IQ. My sister also has a sub 100 IQ. Talking to them was quite literally like talking to someone who was 10 years younger than me. Like being in high school and talking to someone in upper elementary or middle school. I can't imagine what someone who has a 60s or 70s IQ, who doesn't have a legitimate mental defect, must be like.

80 in the south, closer to 90 in the north. The northern niggers have more jewish and Irish blood. Purebred nogs are 65-73 depending on the breed.
