Here you go. GDP per capita development looks similar to Argentina, couldn't find a quick way to produce a world ranking.

Voting is compulsory in Brazil and women there were granted the right to vote in 1932.

Just catching up here. Brazil is so much more stable over the long term, yet the last decade is telling.
