Illegal aliens have already broken the law by entering the country illegally. Taxpayers don’t need to fund challenges to their detentions as well.

This should not be an issue. Rights within a country should only be afforded to citizens and those who have entered LEGALLY (tourists for example). Illegals should get no due process, just caught and immediately expelled.

correct, it's for citizens a right that does not extend to trespassers at all, you give you name ss number and if it's correct and real you stay otherwise later alligator.

I don’t see this as a problem

Illegals in America have zero rights, and zero legal protections of any kind.

None.

Mouthy, smelly, screeching liberals and protest signs don't change this. Nothing at all changes this.

So I really don't give a shit what some sniveling faggot kike lawyer has to say about this, either.

Habeas corpus can't be "revoked" from an illegal.

I read detentions as detonations and got excited until I realized I'd read it wrong.
