This should not be an issue. Rights within a country should only be afforded to citizens and those who have entered LEGALLY (tourists for example). Illegals should get no due process, just caught and immediately expelled.

correct, it's for citizens a right that does not extend to trespassers at all, you give you name ss number and if it's correct and real you stay otherwise later alligator.
