I find it pathetic that these judges truly believe they have the power to dictate nationwide policy. District court judges only have jurisdiction over specific cases within their respective districts, but they continue to rule as if they were a superior branch of government.
Worse is the people who believe they do because they either didn't have civics classes in school, or just plain forgot.
Three co-equal branches, each with their own spheres of influence. It's pretty simple, really.
