Here I am, sitting in 5.4, sipping tea and watching the dumpster fire that is every kernel after 5.10

Well, to be fair, the guy was compiling the kernel from git... not something I would expect the average Linux user to do. But yes, 5.10 and up has been a special kind of development cycle. I mean, I jumped onto 5.11 when it was still in RC to get rid of the performance hit I was taking because I was running an AMD processor.

I'm still shocked that 5.10 is an LTS that is only supported until 2022. Like...thats not long.

I've been running the 5.10 backport on Debian for a while now and haven't had any issues.
