I'm sure rape goes on from both sides. One of the constants of warfare, from the days of the ancient Greeks and before, is that during wars men rape women. But I doubt the rape is any more common in this war than it has been in the last dozen or so wars. Unlike the war in Afghanistan, in this war most of the goats, small children, and men are probably safe.
