Last time they only got mail-in ballots and mini dictatorships via emergency orders. Now they get to kill all the cows, too. I'm gonna guess that control of the food supply and rationing comes with losing all the beef on the market, and THEN mail in voting and mini dictatorships come back. I gotta' admit, I'm impressed with the audacity of it.
