A fools errand. That is a monumental task only an insider can "accurately" project, or someone who is getting paid well to spend the many hours of research doing it. TSMC likely did the math and told Trump their figures in the negotiation. Trump didn't pull it out of his ass, someone in the industry projected it and Trump shared it.
