Good [time of reading], everyone. I sat down with one of Poal's most distinguished users, , and had a lovely chat. In the interest of transparency, I will display the questions and answers, edited slightly for grammar, then supply closing commentary.
1.Q) As you are mod of , how do you feel about ?
1.a) To each his own. I see it as a gag sub, but I could care less if some take it seriously. I prefer reality over fantasy.
2.Q) You are a known and vocal supporter of Poalbucks. Why do you hate all that is positive in the world?
2.a) I'm inclined to choose only the finest, most credible cyber currencies available online. Created by AOU and Poal endorsed, PoalBucks may actually become a thing one day. The other is simply mad Ivan's wet dream and as valuable as our internet points system.
3.Q) Boomers are known for supporting Israel, out of touch advice and bankrupting America, why won't you do your part?
3.a) I dismiss simple solutions to any problem. There are no easy answers to anything. One must keep an open mind in all these conspiracy things whenever possible and embrace reality. Sometimes there just aren't solutions, sometimes, the root isn't what is popularly believed.
4.Q) You're alleged to have worked for NASA. How did this come about? Did you start as part of the space animal program?
4.a) I don't think I've ever said I worked for NASA ... never have. But I did work in aerospace for my entire adult career. So no animal testing was involved. I began my career in the USAF, mid-70s. I saw the future being in computers, so my 'plan' was to be trained in computers and find a life there. As it turned out, the AF decided I'd make a much better ICBM guy. So I started as an electro-mechanical systems guy in Minuteman missiles. Did 10 yrs AF mostly at Vandenberg AFB, CA, where I was part of the test launch program and witnessed many a NASA and AF launch from that perspective. Then moved on doing the same type of work for Rockwell/Autonetics and eventually Boeing. It was a great run and was always in the whole R&D kinda work.
5.Q) You seem to be very up to date on that evil O character, even going so far as to reveal that "Infamy" is his middle name. How do you protect yourself from retaliation?
5.a) The 'O' knows all. Not much more to say. Trust the Owl and all will be well.
6.Q) As a member of the Blue Ball elite, how do you stand the lower users in the color caste?
6.a) I see all Poal users as equals. Just as one can not choose who or what they are born as, being a blue ball user only means I've been around from the start and have contributed. In my eyes, unless a user goes out of their way to raise the ire of the Owl ... his or her point of view or the things they post carry equal weight, no matter what their fake, internet point color coding.
7.Q) " ...one can not choose who or what they are born as" This is Current Year™, take that pure hatred back! You're being insensitive to gender fluid people. What do you mean by "one"? Are you bigoted against hiveminds?
7.a) I am a Boomer, we were born and raised before there were all these alternate realities. That being the case, we'll all die off soon enough and your generation can be as sensitive to such things as you please.
8.Q) How do you respond to the rumor that you are just a "ball Earth shill"? Why are you suppressing pyramid Earth?
8.a) Yes, I am a ball Earth enthusiast. When we find the first signs of a pyramid shaped planet out there, I may reconsider, but for now I can only go on the facts as they are presented to me.
9.Q) What do you think about ? Is it the greatest sub to ever exist or somehow better?
9.a) Not my thing, so I haven't imbibed. The better question would be why should I care? The Owl watched cartoons in glorious black and white as a kid ... he has evolved to move on, even in a technicolor world.
10.Q) Are you not aware that facts are bad and Truth™ is not?
10.a) The Owl chooses facts over modern day truths. Facts often change, but you change your point of view as they do. Truth is someone's agenda being forced down your throat. The O has spoken.

I reached out to Tom, as he is head of the First Bank of Mug's legal team, for a response to Owlchemy's assertions about these so called "Poalbucks" and received a response from Pauline, who spoke on behalf of Tom. She informed me, in her own words "Tell me [another] joke."
While his career choices might be considered "awesome" or "worthy of respect and admiration," this reporter would like to note that his use of gendered language was severely inappropriate. However, it is gracious of him to say that Boomers, plague be upon them, are still mortal and we will be rid of them one day.
I have attempted numerous times to contact whomever owns , but every time this individual attempts to process such a callous response he chants angrily in a dead language and then technicolor yawns for about an hour.
